Learners create an outcome they collectively care about.

On the Outreach Survey, field stations indicated if each program 1) encourages participants to build knowledge and collectively create an outcome they care about and/or 2) encourages participants to together develop collective understandings. If one or both of these criteria are met, the program utilizes a community learning approach.
